Everyone has their own version of this classic, This is my 2010 version.
I always put the shredded coconut in them, but alternate the nuts and fruit.
This one took me 30 (including fridge time!) mins from chop and melt to all wrapped up in cellophane.

milk chocolate melted
After everything was mixed together I put into a lined loaf tin and in the fridge for 20 mins to set. I then cut them into bite sized pieces.
Stacked in choc brown cupcake cases and wrapped in clear cello with a ribbon, they make nice presents for the teachers at school.
