Baking - Mini Christmas Cakes

 We don't normally make Christmas cakes because we make Puddings, however I found this recipe with cranberries in it and they are quite easy to make. 
Mini ones and a medium size round one, which I will ice with fondant.

Yes we need hair cuts!
