Plant Study - Presentation

As the final part of this phase of our plant study, we gave a small presentation to friends, where the boys summarised part of what they had learned.

H talked about pumpkin plant cycles and did a little acting accompanied by piano sounds by J (you know seed, flower pumpkin sounds etc.


J introduced parts of the plant and what they do and then Photosythesis.


Getting them used to speaking confidently in public is important, as is learning how to prepare and construct a presentation which has order and flow. It also serves to reinforce what we have been learning and is fun to have friends over too!
