2013 Christmas Puddings
Every year it is extremely humid on the pudding making day and this year was no exception.
Mixing and making breadcrumbs and steaming sounds crazy for this time of the year, however it is definitely worth it.
This year I made the puddings with a good quality Gluten free bread, gluten free flour, organic fruits (including my candied orange peel), organic eggs and butter and replaced the treacle with agave syrup and we think it tastes as good as any previous ones.
Two more to make along with some homemade french style custard, mmmmm.
